Returns
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Notify us within 30 days of receiving the item by emailing returns@jumbogrey.com with your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Once you have received the RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
- Products that have been used or altered.
Refunds
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

- Other Payment Methods: Refunds through other payment methods may take up to 10 business days.
Partial Refunds

Shipping Costs
